At Portland Gear, we want you to love your local staples; if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
